Michelle Matteoli Adams Badgecert Badgecert Michelle Matteoli Adams, OTR/L, IMC is the owner and one of the occupational therapists here at Pediatric Therapy Solutions, Inc.

Michelle Matteoli Adams, OTR/L, IMC graduated in 2001 with Honors from the University of Florida with her Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational Therapy and shortly after graduation founded Pediatric Therapy Solutions, Inc. Michelle currently serves as a fieldwork coordinator for various universities around the United States including, but not limited to the University of Florida, Tufts University, NOVA Southeastern University, and the State College of Florida Certified Occupational Assistant Program. She has volunteered with the Family Network on Disabilities of Manatee and Sarasota, Inc as a board member, newsletter editor, and fundraiser for both Manatee and Sarasota counties. She co-founded B.I.A.S.D., Biological Interventions for the Autistic Spectrum Disorders, a support group for parents of children on the autism spectrum. Michelle has a comprehensive background and advanced training in sensory integration and related disorders. She is a certified Interactive Metronome provider. Speech-Language Pathologists

Angelena†RosaAngelena†Rosa†received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Psychology with a Minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She earned her Post Baccalaureate and Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Florida. She is a member of American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Angelena provides therapeutic assessments and interventions utilizing evidence based practice in PROMPT, Oral Placement Therapy, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (Picture Exchange Communication System, Proloquo2Go, Dynovox), Lindamood-Bell, DIR/FloorTime, Pivotal Response Training, Social Thinking, and Theory of Mind. Her therapeutic background includes specialization with a wide range of diagnoses and communication disorders including: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger's Syndrome, Non-verbal Learning Disorder, Apraxia, Articulation/Phonological disorders, Behavioral/Sensory Based Feeding Disorders, Pragmatic Language Disorder, Expressive/Receptive Language delays, Auditory Processing Disorder, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy. Maddie DemeMaddie Deme received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She earned her Master Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida. Maddie is also a registered member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Previous work experience includes practicing as a school-based SLP, as well as serving as the Speech Language Pathologist on a Preschool Diagnostic Team. Throughout her career, she has worked with children diagnosed with a wide-range of disorders including: Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome, Language and Speech Disorders, Auditory Processing Disorders, Apraxia, Pragmatic Language Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, as well as various other intellectual disabilities. Maddie also has extensive experience with various forms of Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Social Thinking, feeding and swallowing, as well as Interactive Metronome. Mary Williams Mary Williams, MA, CCC-SLP is a licensed speech-language pathologist. She graduated in 2005 from University of Central Florida with her Bachelors in Communication Disorders. She graduated in 2008 from Appalachian State University with her Masters in Communication Disorders. After graduating, she worked in an outpatient pediatric facility in Melbourne, FL. She has worked with children with a range of diagnoses including: autism spectrum disorder, apraxia of speech, articulation disorders, expressive/receptive language delays, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome. Mary has training in an array of treatment modalities and techniques including the Beckman Oral-Motor Protocol. Paola Paola Codol, MS,CCC-SLP, C/NDT graduated from the University of South Florida, Tampa, in 1989 and dedicated her career to helping those who suffer from oral motor deficiencies that affect speech and feeding development. She received her NDT/Bobath certification (Neuro Developmental Treatment) in 1995 which directly impacted her approach to treating her patients regarding oral motor issues, swallowing function, postural stability and sensory motor function. To enhance and facilitate oral motor function through these methods has allowed Paola to achieve positive results, even in the most difficult cases. Paola created and directed the Speech and Hearing Center at East Pasco Medical Center Florida Hospital, Zephyhills, Florida, 30 years ago, dealing with swallowing and speech/language disorders. She worked extensively with inpatient, outpatient, ICU, PCU, preschool, home health care and skilled nursing care patients ranging in age from 0-102 years in age. She treated a wide variety of diagnosis ranging from pre-language skills, early language development, aphasia, apraxia, autism spectrum disorders, dysphagia and neuromotor disorders. Most recently she was the lead speech pathologist in pediatric oral motor/feeding and swallowing at Lampertís Therapy Group specializing in feeding disorders and educating graduate students and Clinical Fellows from all over the United States. Occupational Therapists

Abi Erb Abi Erb, B.S., COTA/L, RBT, IMC graduated from Walden University with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2017. She graduated from Lehigh Carbon Community College in Pennsylvania with Honors as a COTA in 2010. After graduation, Abi worked in the Chester county school district providing occupational therapy services to individuals and small groups with students ranging from early intervention to adulthood until relocation to Florida in 2012. Since then she has continued working with clients in both school and clinic settings where she addressed academic, behavioral, and sensory-based goals. Abi has extensive experience with many diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delay, and Sensory Processing Disorders. Abi has further training in Handwriting Without Tears, the Social Thinking program, Orton-Gillingham curriculum, Interactive Metronome, and Zones of Regulation as well as being certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician. Annette Witte-FuchsAnnette Witte-Fuchs is a St. Louis native who relocated to Florida in 1987 upon graduating from Meramec Community College with her AAS degree in Occupational Therapy. She worked for six years as a COTA before deciding to further her education. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1996 from Barry University with a Bachelors of Science degree in OT. She studied for two years in the Nova Southeastern OT Doctoral program. Annette has worked in a wide variety of pediatric settings, including head injury, hospital, mental health and school settings. Some highlights include five years as a COTA at Sarasota Memorial Hospital's Bayside psychiatric unit; OT at Fruitville elementary working with the autism and gifted programs; and OT at Baudhin Preschool in Fort Lauderdale,a specialized school for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. In the summer of 1997, she was a practicum therapist at Camp Avanti, the sensory camp founded by Patricia and Julie Wilbarger. Annette also has a certificate in Art and Healing from Ringling School of Art and is an Expressive Arts Practitioner. Memberships include AOTA and Sarasota County Medical Alliance Foundation. Office Manager

Krista ElliottKrista Elliott serves as our Office Manager and liaison between the insurance companies, parents and Pediatric Therapy Solutions, Inc. She has over fifteen years of experience in supervisory roles in pediatric care with backgrounds in ST and OT Rehab. She developed her passion for helping children receive the maximum of their health benefits while working in pediatric hospitals, the last being All Children's based in St. Petersburg. While fulfilling her passion for children's well being, Krista's commitment to obtaining and comprehending the most accurate and up to date information in the areas of insurance benefits and billing practices is equally as strong. Her desire to help patients attain a healthy and happy lifestyle has become her top priority. Krista is our insurance specialist and is here to answer any of your insurance and billing questions. Neurofeedback Coordinator

Rae GarvisonRae Garvison will be graduating from Gannon Universty's Doctoral Level program in Occupational Therapy in August of 2018. Rae is currently working on program development for at-risk students of the Gannon University, Ruskin campus, while researching resource needs of graduate students. Her future areas of interest include the correlation between occupational therapy and neuroplasticity within pediatrics and neurological disorders. As the Neurofeedback Coordinator for Pediatric Therapy Solutions, Inc., she is looking forward to implementing her knowledge gained throughout Gannon Universityís OTD program and infusing it into the Neurofeedback Program.
